#35- Go to Antelope Island
I have been looking forward to this one for YEARS. I have no idea why it's taken me so long to visit, I really don't have any good excuses.
What made this adventure even better was that it was a complete surprise! My most excellent friend Michael asked if he could come visit and ended up taking me out as a belated birthday surprise. I was thinking that we were going to grab some dinner and catch up, but that sneaky punk
(that's a term of endearment) had printed off my list and surprised me by taking me to do random things on it! Antelope Island was by far the best birthday surprise ever. Thank you, Michael!!

My face when I realized where he was taking me. I was seriously giggling like a little kid, I was so excited. |

BISON!! |

I was brave enough to get out of the car but not brave enough to get any closer. Those things are ginormous. |

Such a beautiful, slightly smelly, place. |

Walking on the beach to the Great Salt Lake. I wanted to touch the water but plans were thwarted by a swarm of little brine flies. That's a whole different story but let's just say that I hate them. So much. |

Too legit. |
#66- Watch a sunset
Antelope Island proved to be the best place to watch a sunset. I will forever love this little island sanctuary.
Excellent pictures...and you're right those flies were evil
