My dear friend Cameron had a lovely goodbye party before heading out to D.C. In addition to playing a mad game of badminton, I did a little jumping on the trampoline. It was fun for about the first three minutes until I remembered I'm a lot less flexible than my 8-yr-old self. Time to start my aerobic trampoline training!
